2.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and to keep that information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 388wim is lawful in your country or territory of residence. 388wim makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. 5.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. 388wim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of bonuses already credited to players' accounts in good faith.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 388wim are subject to acceptance by the platform. 388wim reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from technical errors or human error.
6.2 Erroneous Odds. In the event that odds or lines are published in error — including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or system malfunctions — 388wim reserves the right to void any affected bets regardless of settlement status. Players will be notified of any such voiding, and their stakes will be returned.
6.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief delay for risk management purposes. A bet is not confirmed until the 388wim system issues a confirmation reference number. 388wim accepts no responsibility for bets not confirmed prior to the conclusion of the relevant event or market.
6.4 Match Abandonment.
